Purpose:
|
To Evaluate the Success of Lateral tarsal Strip procedure alone for treatment of lower ild involutional entropion
|
|
Methods:
|
Simple Lateral Tarsal Strip was Performed on 20 cases with involutional lower lid entropion. Success of the surgery was evaluated in 3 , 6 and 12 months after operation by performing tetracain provocative test.

Results:
|
Mean follow up time was 14 (10-24)months.No Recurrence was observed
|
|
Conclusion:
|
Lateral tarsal Strip is a Simple procedure which is convenient to perform for
Residents and general ophthalmologist to successfully repair entropion.
