Sampling people with some level of cataract sooner than certain time to cure in 50 years old people.

There are 2 groups in this research such as ; group A and group B Group A who are 420 men above 50 years old and have been examined by slit lomb. Group B who are 50 cases of cataract surgery and they have been compared. We have studied 2 above mentioned groups in terms of 1) Surgeon Satisfaction Of Surgery 2) Complication Risk 3) The Quality Of Good Life 4) Constant Problems Due To Surgery Delay. Positive cases have been recrded in the following table:

 group A who are sampling patients and are exposed to surgery and group B who are observed some symptoms and them are exposed to surgery , we can conclude that 1)Sergeon satisfaction about group A is more than group B 2) Complication risk in group B is more than group A 3) The quality of good life before and after surgery in group A is more than group B , and 4) Constant problems due to surgery delay in group B is more than group A.

Based on sampling in different ages as a suggestion 50 years old in our research , we could conclude that it’s better not to wait for patient consult us , but its better to focus on 4 factors which are as follows ; 1) Surgeon satisfaction of surgery 2) Complication risk 3) The Quality of good life , and 4)Constant problems due to surgery delay. In addition to suggestional plan consulted by ophtalmologist in 50 years old people , they are examined in terms of sampling including cataract.
