Purpose:

To present a patient of orbital pseudotumor with early presentation like orbital cellulities
|
Methods:
|
: A 26-year-old woman patient presented with history of left ocular
Pain and headache since 2 days ago. Ophthalmological examination of the patient was normal other than redness and lid edema, mild chemosis and
Conjunctival injection. General assessment was normal except a low grade
Fever. She was hospitalized as orbital cellulities.she treated with intravenous
antibiotics.The third day of admission suddenly diplopia,proptosis in left eye
And ocular pain in right side was appeared. MRI reveald bilateral enlargement of extaocular muscles.Diagnosis of orbital pseudotumor was made and patient treated with oral steroid.She responded promptly to the treatment.Antibiotics
were discontinued and steroid was tapered in one month period under close follow up.

:The clinical features of orbital pseudotumor vary widely . orbital pseudotumor and orbital cellulities can occasionally demonstrate overlap
